China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. (AMEX: CBP) announced that they will be receiving a 10% tax exemption as a result of passing the annual High-Tech Enterprise assessment.
Additionally, CBP will also be entitled to a preferential tax rate of 15% in FY11 which is notably lower than the statutory income tax rate of 25%.
