Chase and JP Morgan (JPM) Works For You

Chase loans has scheduled a four day conference where their advisors will help thouands of homeowners find the best way, by the means to pay back their loans. This event will start on Friday March 18 and will run through Monday March 21, with hours of 8am-8pm everyday.

Homeowners with Chase mortgages can receive the following services at the events:

• Initial counseling for homeowners applying for a mortgage
  modification
• Counseling for customers who are current on their mortgage but
  are struggling
  
• Short-sale assistance for customers who cannot afford their home
  or don't want to stay in it
• Drop off documents that they need to submit as part of their
  trial plan

The event will be held at Hyatt Regency O'Hare, Grand Ballroom A-C, 9300 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. Rosemont, IL and will consist of more than 50 Chase Home Loan counselors will assist borrowers with a Chase, EMC, or WaMu serviced mortgage who are facing foreclosure.

This event supplements Chicago’s three Chase Homeownership Centers, while a fourth is planed to be open in late spring/early summer of 2011.

Since January of 2009 the company has provided offered more than 1,000,000 modifications to struggling homeowners under the Home Affordable Modification Program, its own modification programs, and modification programs offered by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Veterans Administration and the Federal Housing Authority.
