Rare Earth ETF Jumps On China News (REMX)
With the surge in rare earth stocks today on news that China is China is cutting its rare earths export quoata by more than 10 percent next year, the sector ETF is seeing upside action. Rare Earth/Strategic Metals (NYSE: REMX) is up 6.3 percent today with the sector action.
