at 07:55 PM Citigroup Downgrades, I buy Seriously, TIE has equity equal to market cap and no debt. Their product is technologically quintessential for long term development and this is when analysts create bargain with their 2 inch view range that we must buy such valuable companies. Citigroup is the best house to have a short term view about the inside and the outside of itself and other companies. The superficiality of their analysis can explain moves from stocks for 2 next months but are far from seizing the long term meaning of being in busines. I buy what they downgrade.

at 06:46 PM S&P RAISES RECOMMENDATION ON TITANIUM METALS TO BUY FROM HOLD SNP Market Research Notes 2009-03-03 13:58:58.000 TIE TITANIUM METALS LLarkinS&P RAISES RECOMMENDATION ON TITANIUM METALS TO BUY FROM HOLD(A story on Feb. 27, 2009 incorrectly reaffirmed a buy opinion). Today, however, we are upgrading our opinion to buy on valuation. After a recent sharp decline in share price, we think TIE is attractively valued, selling at about 7.2X our '09 estimate of $0.62 and a discount to year-end '08 tangible book value of $6.07. We initiate our '10 EPS view of $0.68, on our assumption that a healthier economy is offset by delays in aerospace builds, leading to a shallow EPS recovery. We reduce our target price to $6 from $8, reflecting our projected slowdown in EPS growth.|US;TIE|65347|268490
