Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVNT) and Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR) have debuted on StreetInsider.com's "Top 50 Takeover Targets" list at M&A Central.
Savient Pharmaceuticals debuted at number 6, as the company has publicly disclosed it would seek a sale following approval of Krystexxa, which happened yesterday.
Radware Ltd (Nasdaq: RDWR) debuted at number 9, following reports from Globes that either HP (NYSE: HPQ) or IBM (NYSE: IBM) could be willing to pay as much as $1 billion for the company, or around $45/share.
