Aerospace Stocks Higher After Boeing Raises 737 Production Rate Again

Aerospace stocks are seeing interest this morning after Boeing (NYSE: BA) announced a second production rate increase on the Next-Generation 737 program, taking the rate from the previously announced 34 airplanes per month to 35 in early 2012.
Specialty metals company Allegheny Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ATI) is also seeing interest, up 1.8%.
Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) is up 2.5% on the news.

- Goodrich Corp. (NYSE: GR) +1.2%
- HEICO Corp. (NYSE: HEI) +0.4%

- TransDigm (NYSE: TDG) +1.3%
- Spirit AeroSystems (NYSE: SPR) +1.6%
