Shares of Cracker Barrel (Nasdaq: CBRL) have jumped almost a percent today following new coverage from an analyst at Stifel Nicolaus this morning. The firm rates Cracker Barrel a Buy and also set a $55 price target.

Stifel argues that Cracker Barrel "fits the mold" of dine-in style restaurants which will be the first to rebound as consumers get less and less pessimistic about their spending levels moving forward. The firm points out that Cracker Barrel owns all its restaurants and has solid store-level economics with a unique concept. Stifel also likes the recent ad spending the company has done and believes this could drive less-frequent visitors.

With shares last trading around $46.41, Stifel's new price target on Cracker Barrel suggests potential upside of about 18.5%.
