Jim Cramer highlighted the true winners of companies that might benefit from anti-terrorism. There are many out there, such as L-3 (NYSE: LLL), but here are one's that Cramer believes will thrive in this scared economy:

• American Science & Engineering (NASDAQ: ASEI) a mobile x-ray manufacturer that hasa strong book of business and room to grow;
  
• OSI Systems (NASDAQ: OSIS) another mobile x-ray manufacturer that is smaller than ASEI but has strong fundamentals and is getting a lot of new orders;
  
• FLIR Systems (NASDAQ: FLIR) noted for its night vision technology;
  
• Cogent (NASDAQ: COGT) has solid fingerprint recognition technology; and
  
• L-1 Identity Systems (NYSE: ID) mentioned for its proprietary technologies.
