Jack in the Box (NASDAQ: JACK) reports Q4 EPS of $0.70, 15 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter was $540.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $549.49 million.

Same Store Sales were down 6%.

Sees Q1 comps down 10%, and FY10 comps down 3 - 10%.
