According to a Dow Jones headline, the World Health Organization says the swine flu situation is "moving closer to Phase 6".
Phase 6 of the Pandemic Alert system is the highest level and suggests widespread human infection. The WHO currently holds its Pandemic Alert level at Phase 5.
