Banks that reportedly passed the stress test are up on average of 8%, while banks that failed the stress test are up on average of 16%. This is a clear message to the market that the bad news was priced in and money is poring into the problem kids.

The banks that reportedly passed the stress test are: Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) +3.7%, Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) +6.6%, MetLife (NYSE: MET) +16.7%, JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) +6%, Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE: BK) +10%, American Express (NYSE: AXP) +4.6%.

The banks that reportely failed the stress test are: Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) +16%, Citigroup (NYSE: C) +17%, Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) +13%, Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) +16%.
