According to reports from Bloomberg, J.P. Morgan Chase (NYSE: JPM) doesn't need to raise additional capital to meet levels required by the government's stress tests. Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) and Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE: BK) are also expected to meet the capital cushion levels required by the government to cover future losses.
