For what its worth, here is a positive read-through on home prices bottoming related to comments made by building product maker Louisiana-Pacific's (NYSE: LPX) CEO Richard Frost.
LPX Rick Frost said, "By many measures, this was the lowest housing quarter in several decades."
Not good for LPX, but finally home building is looking almost completely dead, which means that the unsold inventory can finally start to be worked off and home price can stabilize. Good for you, good for me and good for the banks (NYSE: XLF)!
