Dress Barn (Nasdaq: DBRN) reports Q4 EPS of $0.34, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenues for the quarter were $382.3 million, versus the consensus of $372.30 million.
Same store sales for the quarter fell 2%, compared to an increase of 5% last year during the same period.
Sees FY09 EPS of $1.23-$1.28, versus the consensus of $1.24.
The Dress Barn, Inc. and its subsidiaries operate a chain of women's apparel specialty stores principally under the names ‘dressbarn’, ‘dressbarn woman’, and ‘maurices’ in the United States.
