Cramer's Four Horsement of The Apocalypse--UBS, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Washington Mutual (UBS, MER, C, WM)

Last night on Jim Cramer's Mad Money, he said his "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" are: UBS (NYSE: UBS), Merrill Lynch (NYSE: MER), Citigroup (NYSE: C) and Washington Mutual (NYSE: WM). He told viewers to stay far away from these financials.

Well, let's check how Cramer's idea performed today. Merrill Lynch traded up $5.40 or 13%, UBS up $1.86 or 6.98%, Citi up $2.09 or 10.24% and Washington Mutual up an astonishing $1.87 or 19.02%.

Obviously, his call last night was just bad timing, but his "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" could prove true as this credit crises worsens.

However, he has definitely been on with his call on CIT Group (NYSE: CIT). Jim has been telling his viewers to go read CIT's 10-Q for weeks, so they could also see CIT's poor balance sheet. CIT Group fell 17% today.
