Homebuilders On The Rise; Cramer Says "I Would Even Consider Buying A House"

Homebuilders continue to bounce off multi-year lows today with Standard Pacific (NYSE: SPF) and Pulte Homes Inc. (NYSE: PHM) leading the way. The stocks are benefiting from yesterday's 50bp rate cut which followed the 75 bp cut on 1/22.

On Mad Money last night, Jim Cramer said he would even consider buying a house now following the aggressive fed moves.
