Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMND) 6.5% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.03. Revenues came in at $112.4 million versus the consensus of $113.7 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $170-$180 million versus the consensus of $188.96 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.42-$0.48, versus the consensus of $0.47. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.80-$0.90, versus the consensus of $0.77. Sees FY08 revenues of $530-$550 million versus the consensus of $583.2 million.

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: JASO) 5.6% LOWER; filed a registration statement with the SEC for a proposed registered offering of 4,000,000 ADSs by the Company and an aggregate of 2,350,000 ADSs by certain selling shareholders.

IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) 4% HIGHER; reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.43, versus the consensus of $0.35. Revenues came in at $183.4 million versus the consensus of $174.9 million. The company anticipates all-in revenue growth in the range of 22 to 24 percent for the full year ending November 30, 2007.

3Com Corporation (Nasdaq: COMS) 2.7% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.03, ex-items, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $319.4 million versus the consensus of $318.3 million.

Nike (NYSE: NKE) 0.74% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.92, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.87. Revenues came in at $4.7 billion versus the consensus of $4.58 billion.

Oracle Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCL) 0.4% HIGHER; Oracle reports Q1 EPS of $0.22, ex-items, 1 cent better than estimate. Revenues came in at $4.59 billion versus the consensus of $4.34 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.26-$0.27, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.26. Sees Q2 non-GAAP sales up 18%-21%.
