BofA Securities analyst Alex Perry raised the price target on Polaris Industries (NYSE: PII) to $75.00 (from $74.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst comments "PII reported strong 2Q26 results with EPS of $1.97 (or $1.01 ex-tariff refunds) beating BofA/consensus at $0.80/$0.72 driven by both sales and margins. The clean beat was coupled with a 2026 EPS guidance raise to $3.00-3.10 ($2.05-2.15 ex-tariff refunds) that passed through the beat and better 2H26 expectations. Our sense is that PII continues to be conservative with its outlook given commodity cost headwinds, an unpredictable tariff environment, high interest rates, and largely unchanged consumer confidence. As such, our new EPS estimate of $3.12 continues to be just above the high end of guidance. We also slightly raise our 2027 EPS estimate and PO to $75 from $74."
