Mizuho analyst Ben Chaiken lowered the price target on Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) to $125.00 (from $133.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "We are updating estimates for WYNN in both Macau and Vegas ahead of 2Q26 earnings. As we suggested post our Vegas takeaways note, we believe labor costs could weigh on trends in Vegas juxtaposed with the ongoing renovation at Encore. Also worth considering, there was one less weekend day this year in June ’26 (vs last year), otherwise, we believe Vegas trends are healthy. In Macau, as we wrote about ~3 weeks ago (link), we are slightly more cautious on overall backdrop of the market in the medium term. Adjusting PT to $125 from $133."
