Texas Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
