BofA Securities analyst Omar Dessouky lowered the price target on Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX) to $0.90 (from $1.50) while maintaining a Underperform rating.
The analyst commented, "We think the developments at two of the largest FI partners are likely to impact CDLX’s core value proposition. While mgmt expects performance marketing dollars to remain relatively sticky, we do not rule out the possibility of some advertiser pullback due to the platform’s reduced reach. Even with an optimized cost base that should support profitability and reduce near-term liquidity risk, we believe 2026 is likely to be a transition year. We therefore reiterate Underperform and see more attractive risk/reward elsewhere in AdTech where visibility is higher and business models are more entrenched."
