Citizens analyst Patrick Walravens lowered the price target on Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) to $58.00 (from $78.00) while maintaining a Market Outperform rating.
The analyst commented, "We maintain our Market Outperform rating on Pegasystems Inc. but reduce our price target to $58 from $78 after it reported better-than-expected 4Q25 results Tuesday after market close, with non-GAAP EPS of $0.76 (consensus $0.73) on revenue of $504M (consensus $492M), representing growth of 3% y/y (consensus flat) from 17% last quarter; total ACV of $1.608B (consensus $1.573B), up 17% y/y from 14% last quarter (but 13.8% y/y in constant currency, a deceleration from 14.1% last quarter); and free cash flow of $152M versus the consensus of $111M — all of which left the stock down ~12% after having decreased ~36% YTD versus an ~2% increase for the Russell 3000."
