KeyBanc analyst Brandon Nispel reiterated an Overweight rating and $30.00 price target on AT&T (NYSE: T).
The analyst commented: "We remain OW AT&T, reiterate our $30 PT, and refine our ests. We think investors are about to start getting paid from the consistency of AT&T's strategy, which should lead to accelerating adj. EBITDA growth from 3.5% in '26 to >5% in '28, while capital returns accelerate; competitors are unable to match its offering. While we are not thrilled for a model rebuild, "Legacy" copper assets are expected to be completely discontinued by 2029, and AT&T's "Advanced Connectivity," 5G, and Fiber assets are expected to grow EBITDA MSD-HSD for the foreseeable future, which we think should re-rate higher."
