BofA Securities analyst Tim Anderson raised the price target on Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) to $221.00 (from $220.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

The analyst comments "We modestly increase our 2026E sales and EPS estimates post JNJ’s 4Q25 print. Major bulk upward revisions were confined to Tremfya, Darzalex, Erleada and slightly higher Orthopedics and Vision, partly offset by lower Stelara. We also modestly (+2%) increase our out-year sales forecasts with our growth high-SD vs. JNJ’s DD growth by end of decade. We felt JNJ’s 4Q financial results were solid led by the company’s core growth drivers and currency benefits appeared to aid OUS performance, particularly in 1H. Based on our model updates, we tweak our PO to $221 (from $220), with no change to P/E multiple. Yesterday’s updates in JNJ talc litigation were directionally negative and most likely explain stock underperformance (flat vs. DRG +1%) but it remains unclear whether litigation costs could reach material threshold for company JNJ’s size."
