Stifel analyst Erik Rasmussen reiterated a Buy rating and $210.00 price target on Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR).

The analyst commented, "Earlier, Digital Realty announced its acquisition of the TelcoHub 1 DC in Cyberjaya, Malaysia from CSF Advisors, marking its entry into the Malaysian market and expanding its Southeast Asia presence. The facility boasts a significant dark fiber interconnection hub with more than 6,000 fiber cores and 40+ network service providers. This operational data center has a capacity of 1.5MW and will be integrated into DLR's PlatformDIGITAL, enhancing the company's ability to support the region's growing digital infrastructure growth objectives. The acquisition is expected to close in 1H26 and includes adjacent land for future expansion (can support up to 14MW of IT load). With this acquisition, DLR is gaining access to a strong connectivity hub that integrates high-performance computing with seamless access to a diverse ecosystem. Overall, we are encouraged by this latest deal as it represents a meaningful growth opportunity in one of the fastest developing markets in Southeast Asia."
