Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Christopher McGratty raised the price target on PNC Financial (NYSE: PNC) to $247.00 (from $228.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst commented: 'PNC offered a bullish 2026 guide with a nuance being the specificity of its expectations (exact % vs. range), which we believe speaks to management's confidence in the outlook. Rightfully, the stock outperformed on Friday, and the 5%/8% increase to our 2026/2027E reflects earnings and operating leverage momentum. Additional M&A remains a possibility due to the well-documented benefits of scale, but until that materializes, we believe the focus will be on execution. Raising PT, maintain Market Perform."
