Morgan Stanley analyst Megan Clapp lowered the price target on BellRing Brands (NYSE: BRBR) to $32.00 (from $41.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst comments "We continue to believe BRBR is positioned to deliver outsized topline growth over time, supported by its exposure to the attractive convenient nutrition category, strengthened innovation and marketing pipeline, and meaningful shelf-space expansion opportunities. While recent trends have been weaker than expected amid slowing category growth and share losses, we believe much of this is reflected in the stock’s recent underperformance and does not yet capture the full impact of BRBR’s new large-retailer partnership, supporting our decision to remain OW as we monitor execution into 2026."
