RBC Capital analyst Steven Shemesh raised the price target on Walmart (NASDAQ: WMT) to $126.00 (from $123.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We heard from Daniel Danker (WMT's EVP of AI Acceleration, Product and Design) and hosted an investor meeting with IR. Tone/ messaging remain constructive and we continue to believe that WMT is well-positioned to benefit from increased AI/agentic search adoption. We're raising our PT to $126 ($123 prior) based on ~38x our FY'27 adj. EPS estimate of $3.33 (cons. $3.32). The higher multiple is due to recent market strength. Our relative multiple is largely unchanged."
