Oppenheimer analyst Matt Biegler reiterated an Outperform rating and $22.00 price target on BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics, In (NASDAQ: BBOT).
The analyst comments "BBOT unveiled updated data this morning across is oncology programs. We think BBO-8520 continues to look like the best KRASG12C inhibitor in development, with the advantages of its ON/OFF binding mechanism now showing up clinically (i.e., lower exposures that enable broader target coverage without the toxicity of OFF-only binders). With additional patients, monotherapy ORR is now 65%. Early pembro combination data suggest '8520 can be dosed at fully active levels, avoiding dose reductions and hepatotoxicity seen with other G12Cs. Updates from BBO-11818 and BBO-10203 were earlier but clean, with no unexpected safety signals. We think the lack of idiosyncratic toxicity is particularly notable for BBO-10203 given its novel RAS-PI3Kα dimer-breaker mechanism, reinforcing confidence in BBOT's broader combination strategy heading into 2026. Reiterate Outperform; $22 PT."
