DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed acquisitions of PREMIERflow LLC and Mid Atlantic Storage Systems Inc., the company announced. Financial terms were not disclosed, though DXP funded both transactions with cash from its balance sheet.
The combined companies generated approximately $93.7 million in sales and $20.9 million in adjusted EBITDA for the eleven months ending November 30, 2025. Definitive agreements were signed on January 1, 2026.
PREMIERflow provides integrated fluid handling pump systems for fire protection, water and wastewater supply, data center, and HVAC process industries. Mid Atlantic Storage Systems, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Washington Court House, Ohio, offers liquid storage tank products and related services for water and wastewater, leachate, data center, and fire suppression markets.
The acquisitions add more than 185 employees to DXP and expand the company's Innovative Pumping Solutions business segment. Both companies will operate within DXP's water and wastewater platform while maintaining their existing market strategies.
"These acquisitions are consistent with our growth strategy and demonstrate our commitment to expanding DXP into varied end markets," said David Little, chairman and chief executive officer of DXP.
DXP anticipates the acquisitions will be accretive to earnings. The Houston-based company distributes industrial products and services throughout the United States, Canada, and Dubai, focusing on rotating equipment, bearings, power transmission, and industrial supplies.
