Oppenheimer analyst Ian Za raised the price target on TAL International (NYSE: TAL) to $60.00 (from $55.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "Following the spin from FTV ~6 months ago, RAL delivered a solid 3Q25 and management remains bullish on long-term growth opportunities. Management highlighted three growth vectors: defense technologies, grid modernization, and electrification. Defense is supported by a robust backlog (~2x annual revenues) that provides strong visibility, driven by launch/flight safety systems and 12 core military programs. Grid modernization is another secular growth driver and the opportunity is large to support utilities/OEMs in power generation and T&D. Finally, electrification spans a variety of applications, such as semiconductors, communications, and power electronics. We expect continued strength in Sensors and Safety Systems, while Test and Measurement will continue to build on momentum with recent product launches; raise price target to $60, from $55."
