Stifel analyst Andrew Carter reiterated a Buy rating and $8.75 price target on Latham Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SWIM).
The analyst commented, "We offer our updated primer book and outlook ahead of meetings this week with SWIM CEO Scott Rajeski and CFO Oliver Gloe. Our updated primer book includes a deep dive on the company, detailed modeling assumptions, and a full list of investor questions. We continue with our Buy rating for the shares, surprised at the lukewarm reception post 3Q25 earnings (SWIM -1.7%, S&P 500 +1.5%). SWIM shares have essentially traded sideways throughout 2025 despite a performance that has increased our conviction in the advantaged longterm growth prospects including a stronger margin performance. SWIM’s organic revenue growth performance comparing extremely well with building products peers with SWIM’s FY25 performance illuminating strength beyond fiberglass with robust auto covers’ growth and internal initiatives driving liners’ market share gains. We believe the shares dramatically undervalue the long-term growth prospects with SWIM shares at a nearly 10% discount to building products’ peers."
