UBS analyst Mark Carden raised the price target on Ollie's Bargain Outlet (NASDAQ: OLLI) to $141.00 (from $140.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "We believe Ollie’s continued to execute amid a favorable backdrop for closeout retailers in 3Q. Our 4.0% SSS estimate (4.0% cons, ~3% guidance, ~5% buy side bar based on our conversations with investors) would translate to a 730 bp sequential deceleration on a 2 yr stack & an 820 bps slowdown on a 3 yr stack. That said, its 3 yr stack would still be 40-80 bps above its performances in 1Q’25 and 4Q’24, with 2Q’25 being a bit of an outlier given the unusual tailwinds associated with the co's Ollie’s Days event (100 bps SSS of support alone) and the retailer's decision to add a second Ollie’s Army Night event."
