Benchmark analyst David Williams reiterated a Buy rating and $285.00 price target on Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI).
The analyst commented, "ADI’s 4Q results were slightly better than anticipated with upside to the guidance across all end markets, supported by lean channel inventories, improved cyclical conditions, and strengthening pipeline of design wins in AI, automation, and next-gen connectivity. With much of the firm’s end markets having bottomed and in the early stages of recovery, broad-based growth is expected to drive healthy FY26 expansion despite a still-uncertain macro and geopolitical backdrop. Industrial and Communications, benefitting from aggressive infrastructure spending and the proliferation of A.I. are expected be the most meaningful drivers. While pockets of caution remain (notably in Q1 Automotive and seasonal Consumer), ADI is well-positioned to drive both cyclical recovery and sustained content expansion longer term, with earnings outpacing sales growth as the leverage returns. We reiterate our Buy rating and $285 PT."
