Benchmark Reiterates Buy Rating on Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (RRGB)

Benchmark analyst Todd Brooks reiterated a Buy rating and $12.00 price target on Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (NASDAQ: RRGB).

The analyst commented, "After the close on November 10th, Red Robin (RRGB) reported 3Q25 operating results that equalled (or exceeded) what been previewed in the November 5th preannouncement from the company. Revenue of $265M beat consensus of $257M which, in conjunction with RLOM of 9.9% (vs. consensus of 9.3% driven by labor efficiency) helped deliver AEPS and AEBITDA of $(0.70) and $7.6M (up 81% y-o-y) respectively, vs. expectations for $(0.78) and $4.6M. Upside in the quarter was driven by the early traffic driving success with the Big YUMMM everyday value offering that was implemented on July 21st, which helped RRGB drive sequentially improving traffic trends over the balance of 3Q as well as better than forecast labor efficiency. We are encouraged by these initial signs of operating momentum at RRGB, and we are reiterating our Buy rating and $12 price target on the shares."
