William Blair analyst Jason Ader reiterated a Market Perform rating and {REMOVEPT} price target on Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO).
The analyst comments "Stock Thoughts: Cisco shares are trading up roughly 7% after-hours to a price of approximately $79 per share on the guidance raise and positive AI outlook for the fiscal year. At this price, the stock trades at a price-to-earnings multiple of 19 times our calendar 2026 estimates. Cisco continues to benefit from an enterprise refresh cycle in networking and incremental AI revenues from hyperscaler (and increasingly neocloud and sovereign) customers. That said, we believe persistent competition across its core networking and security portfolios is likely to challenge Cisco’s ability to sustain current levels of growth. We reiterate our Market Perform rating."
