KeyBanc analyst Jeffrey Hammond raised the price target on Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) to $170.00 (from $159.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "Quarter Underscores Outperformance; Updated Guide Appears Conservative; Following WMS’s F2Q26 earnings and conference call, we reiterate our OW rating and raise our PT to $170 (from $159). Into the print, we think there was some consternation around a choppy end market backdrop and potential price/cost noise. We think the print alleviated much of those worries and, all in, we remain confident in our LT thesis, expecting WMS shares re-rating higher as investors appreciate meaningful material conversion tailwinds."
