Oppenheimer analyst Noah Kaye raised the price target on HA Sustainable Infrastructure Ca (NYSE: HASI) to $50.00 (from $48.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: 'HASI beat 3Q25 top-/bottom-line consensus with record quarterly adj. EPS, grew originations >50% y/y, and announced a $1.2B utility-scale preferred equity investment closing in 4Q. The $1.2B investment—the largest single project in the company's history—in our view signals HASI's ability to participate in GW-level infrastructure projects across current/emerging asset classes. 12-month pipeline remains >$6B, reflecting robust opportunity set. Meanwhile, higher project yields, portfolio optimization and a capital-lighter funding model continue to drive higher adj. ROE, with incremental ROE in the mid-to-high-teens. We continue to see HASI shares as undervalued given the business's consistent growth, improving ROE and expanding opportunity set, and raise our PT to $50 from $48."
