Morgan Stanley analyst Christopher Snyder initiates coverage on Alliance Laundry Holdings (NYSE: ALH) with a Equalweight rating and a price target of $28.00.
The analyst comments: "We are initiating coverage of ALH, a leading designer and producer of commercial laundry equipment, with a $28 PT and Equal-weight rating. We view ALH as a clear market leader in a resilient, healthy growth market w/ an innovation led flywheel allowing for differentiated performance vs the broader industry. While we are drawn to ALH's dominant market positioning and the price power that provides, we are initiating at Equal-weight as we think further multiple expansion requires market acceptance that this is a resilient MSD growth industry which could take time to prove out. Our chief NTM concern is that the company faces difficult comps into 1H'26 and while we see upside to price, volumes could disappoint vs targets which would make the market question the durability of the growth opportunity, a risk to sentiment + valuation."
