BMO Capital analyst James Thalacker raised the price target on PG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG) to $25.00 (from $23.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "We are revising our 3Q25 estimate to $0.41 vs. $0.37 3Q24 following lighter 1H25 earnings. With the call expect the introduction of FY26 guidance and an update on the company's data center pipeline. Our FY25 estimate of $1.49 remains unchanged. We expect wildfire reform to remain the central topic post-SB254 and ahead of initial high-level CCR recommendations anticipated early November. Separately, inside we review other legislative developments as a prelude to the 2026 session and Governor Newsom's final year in office. Our SOTP/MTM target price moves to $25/share. Remain Outperform."
