Morgan Stanley analyst Benjamin Swinburne reiterated an Overweight rating and $1,500.00 price target on Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX).
The analyst comments "Removing the Top Pick given it has met the following auto-drop criteria: the Top Pick is outstanding for 6 months. ▪ The addressable market for streaming remains compelling, and Netflix's global leadership and content budget remain key advantages in capturing share of overall market growth. ▪ We continue to see Netflix as a FCF generative business, with long-term FCF margins determined by the ability to drive higher scale on fixed operating costs."
