Stifel analyst Peter McGoldrick reiterated a Buy rating and $66.00 price target on Birkenstock Holding plc (NYSE: BIRK).
The analyst commented, "Birkenstock investor meetings highlight brand strength, confidence in demand, and development of the vertically integrated supply chain to support the next leg of growth. Birkenstock is the global casual footwear winner (adding €1bn revenue over the past four years, to a €2.1bn revenue rate in FY25E), has the highest margins in the space (26.5% adj. EBIT vs. lifestyle brands average of 12%), and differentiated model through the wholly owned manufacturing footprint. Looking ahead, we are encouraged by consistency of product representation for the forward outlook, and view the long-term aspirations to double the business every 5 years (implying a MT% CAGR) as a credible target. Favorable F4Q25 pre-announcement suggests near-term revenue strength, and the manufacturing facility acquisition future-proofs the supply chain at an attractive cost. Risk/reward is compelling and the LDD EV/EBITDA multiple represents a solid entry point given the multi-year prospects for continued profitable growth."
