Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.42 per share, or $5.68 annualized. This is a 4.4% increase from the prior dividend of $1.36.
The dividend will be payable on November 12, 2025, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of October 30, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
