Mizuho analyst Brett Linzey raised the price target on Xylem (NYSE: XYL) to $140.00 (from $125.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "In the report, we explore key investor debates in a deep dive fashion. Our work contains differentiated analysis examining XYL's past restructuring and 80/20 progress. Additionally, we size up the company's efficiency, growth and margins as part of a comprehensive benchmarking exercise. This is our most complete examination of the stock since we relaunched coverage in 2021.
Reiterating '25E EPS at $4.77 / and adjusting '26E EPS to $5.20 ($5.15 prior). Revising PT to $140 ($125 prior) on 80/20 efforts, simplification momentum and rising peer multiples collectively pushing up our target valuation."
