Jefferies analyst Kaumil Gajrawala raised the price target on Celsius Holdings (NASDAQ: CELH) to $72.00 (from $64.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We remain positive on CELH following the updated PepsiCo partnership. Rockstar adds ~$250M in annual revenue (phased through 3Q26), Alani Nu rollout begins Dec. ’25, and there remains a long-term margin expansion opportunity. Deal boosts energy share to ~20%, strengthens PepsiCo alignment (ownership to 11%), and positions CELH for faster growth. We raise our sales and EBITDA estimates as we watch the integration closely. Reit Buy, PT to $72. Transaction Recap: Celsius is acquiring Rockstar from PepsiCo and moving Alani Nu into PepsiCo’s US/Canadian distribution network, boosting growth and bringing the portfolio to a ~20% share of US energy drinks. PepsiCo’s stake in Celsius rises to ~11%, strengthening strategic alignment and easing prior relationship concerns. Celsius is set up for faster revenue growth that will likely become a compelling margin story over time. The deal deepens Celsius’s influence at retail and solidifies its role as PepsiCo’s energy "captain" in a more competitive market."
