Brookline Capital Markets analyst Kumaraguru Raja raised the price target on I-Mab (NASDAQ: IMAB) to $8.00 (from $6.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We are updating our model following Q2 2025 financial results. I-Mab is advancing precision immunotherapies for treatment of cancer with three differentiated antibodies in clinical development. Givastomig is a bispecific antibody targeting Claudin 18.2 and 4-1BB. Givastomig Phase 1b dose escalation data in combination with nivolumab + chemotherapy in gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction cancer, and esophageal adenocarcinoma (GC/GEJ/EAC) was promising, indicating significant potential. The enrollment of a total of 40 patients in two dose expansion cohorts was completed ahead of expectation in August 2025 with data expected in Q1 2026. We foresee a favorable risk-reward as givastomig advances through the clinic as there is a significant unmet need for targeted, efficacious treatments in gastric cancer. We are increasing our probability of success to 35% from 20% based on promising Phase1b data and strengthening of balance sheet from capital raise in August 2025. We are increasing our target price to $8 from $6 and maintain our Buy rating."
