Citizens JMP analyst Patrick Walravens reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $300.00 price target on NICE Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: NICE).

The analyst commented, "Overall, we continue to view this stock as an attractive opportunity for long-term capital appreciation for a number of reasons including: 1) while traditionally viewed as a CCaaS vendor, NICE offers a surprisingly robust platform to drive AI-powered experiences and the AI business grew an impressive 42% to $238M in the quarter and should get another boost from the acquisition of Cognigy, which is expected to close in 4Q and is expected to exit 2025 at an estimated ARR of $47M and 2026 at an ARR of $85M+; 2) NICE operates in a large and growing market with CX and AI software markets estimated to be $31B in 2025 and $72B in 2028 and with agentic AI in customer service expected to ramp from $7B in 2025 to over $30B in 2029; 3) under new CEO Scott Russell, NICE is becoming much more partner-friendly, announcing RingCentral (RNG, NC) and Salesforce (CRM, MO, $430 PT) in August along with partnerships with ServiceNow (NOW, MO, $1,300 PT) and Snowflake (SNOW, MO, $260 PT) that were announced in May and June 2025; and 4) as underscored by the Verint deal, NICE represents an attractive acquisition candidate, in our opinion, trading at a reasonable valuation of 2.4x 2026E revenue and 10x EV/2026E FCF."
