Oppenheimer analyst Noah Kaye raised the price target on Deere (NYSE: DE) to $566.00 (from $560.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "DE's F3Q print offered something for everyone. For Bears, feedback focused on the weak EOP (anticipated and better-than-feared), the surprise negative price in Large Ag, and increased tariff expenses. For Bulls, the 6.8% selloff (vs. S&P500 +flat) offered an attractive entry point as green shoots sprout in Europe and LatAm, stabilizing small ag, and building construction orders. With the stock recently dislocated from on-farm economics, the modest valuation reset seems both justified and healthy given the dynamic industry crosswinds. With our updated estimates (and PT to $566 from $560), we remain on the high end of the 2026 consensus estimate, as we anticipate greater market conviction in 2026 (modest) growth into Oct/Nov, driven by NorAm harvest, biofuels policy clarity, and success of used equipment merchandising."
