DA Davidson analyst Michael Baker raised the price target on Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP) to $65.00 (from $47.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented: "In conjunction with a $1.5B debt offering, as well as a new ABL revolver, which will be used to support AAP’s supply chain finance program AAP pre-announced 2Q25 results. The quarter was in line to at the high end of AAP’s previous guidance and came in a bit better than consensus estimates on sales and margins as AAP continues to make progress on their turnaround plan. We reiterate our Neutral rating but are increasing our price target to $65 from $47 on estimate increases driven by the 2Q25 beat. This target is based on 16x our 2026 EPS, which is in line with AAP’s 5-year average multiple."
