UBS analyst Manav Gupta reiterated a Buy rating and $25.00 price target on Plains All American (NASDAQ: PAA).
The analyst commented, "We are adjusting our PAA 2Q25 EBITDA estimate to $669.4MM from $668.6MM driven by bolt on (Ironwood, Black Knight, and Midway) contributions and increased Permian and refiner volumes, partially offset by headwinds from commodity pricing (lower WTI and WCS). For 2Q25, we are in line with the Street EBITDA estimate of $666.6MM. We expect Crude segment EBITDA of $579MM vs. $559MM in 1Q25. We model NGL segment EBITDA of $85MM vs. $189MM in 1Q25. For 2Q25, we model FCFad of $101MM vs. $256MM in 1Q25. For 2025, we expect total EBITDA of $2,837MM."
